Welcome to Looped With Love. 

These terms & conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. 

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Personalised & Made to Order Products

Many of our items are handmade and/or personalised specifically for you.

Because of the customised nature of these products:

- Personalised and made to order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us.

- Please ensure all personalisations are correct before placing your order (names, dates, spellings etc.)

2. Order Changes

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order after placing it:

- You must email orders@loopedwithlove.co.uk within 24hrs of placing your order

- Any errors with personalised orders must be reported via email to orders@loopedwithlove.co.uk, failure to do so may mean this cannot be changed and refunds will not be offered.

- After 24hrs production may have already begun and changes may not be possible

3. Right to Cancel Orders

Looped with Love reserves the right to:

- Cancel or refuse an order at our discretion

- Withdraw services or products from sale

- Cancel a financial transaction if necessary

If this occurs any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.
